Bryan's Opinion: This is a great house in a neighborhood with truly world-class homes. Nearby Morgan Manor, a fixture in Los Altos Hills history, is in direct view from the back of this home along with San Francisco, Oakland, and the Bay. The price was reduced today and, considering those views, it's now quite a deal.
In addition to having great views, the home has been completely upgraded in 1997 and the lot is relatively level for such a Los Altos Hills location. While some people may not be fond of the small downslope driveway, the pros outweigh the cons, especially at this new price.
