Bryan's Opinion: This home is located on a cul-du-sac within walking distance of downtown Los Altos with nice homes on the whole street. It's backed up to Covington Elementary which may not appeal to some people but the overall nearby neighborhood is excellent. There's a lot of remodeling and new construction in this area of Los Altos which is helping prop up property values.
For the size and location, this is reasonably well priced. While in great condition, it does feel a little dated. Given what else is on the market in Los Altos, I'd highly recommend looking at this for the size and convenience.
